Maja S is the most compact model in our popular Maja series — but it doesn’t compromise on comfort or style. With 12 m² of insulated space, it offers a bright and functional garden room built with high-end materials and a modern aesthetic.

Delivered in pre-fabricated, insulated wall modules, the Maja S is quick and easy to assemble - often ready to use the same day. We recommend a team of three for installation.

QUALITY & COMFORT IN EVERY DETAIL

Constructed from 70 mm solid wood and fully insulated with mineral wool in the floor, walls, and ceiling, Maja S is built for year-round use. The interior walls are finished with 12 mm Forestia panels, giving a clean, modern look without the need for extra cladding.

Every detail is built for longevity — from the C24-graded timber floor structure to laminated wood doors and windows with double glazing, ensuring excellent insulation and long-term durability.

• 18 mm OSB roof panels (roof covering available as an optional extra)
